Zinc Guard

ZINC GUARD creates an even surface with good coverage with glossy zinc/aluminum appearance similar to hot dip galvanized surfaces. It offers additional corrosion protection for all metal surfaces with quick and easy application. A protective coating of 99,5% pure aluminum and zinc particles is formed after only one pass of spraying. Due to synthetic resin additives, the fine aluminum and zinc particles adhere firmly to the base material. After applying, the resin vaporizes and leaves a coating of pure aluminum/zinc which melts onto the metal surface.
ZINC GUARD has a good chemical resistance and adheres well on most lacquers, synthetic materials, ferrous and non-ferrous metals.
ZINC GUARD shows very good elasticity properties.

  • Provides glossy appearance due to aluminum and zinc particles
  • Perfect top coat with galvanized appearance after using ZINC 240 or ZINC 720
  • Powerful adhesion to all sorts of metals
  • Provides additional corrosion protection
  • Economical in use
  • Can be painted over with most common paints and lacquers
