Wheel Cleaner HD

WHEEL CLEANER HD is an acid based cleaner for rims, aluminum surfaces and galvanized materials. It is based on powerful cleaners in combination with corrosion protecting ingredients.
WHEEL CLEANER HD works strong on static and heavy pollution, is fat emulsifying and free of hydrofluoric acids.
WHEEL CLEANER HD is suitable for cleaning rims of buses, trucks, vans, etc. It removes break dust, rust, fat, oil and chalk from any aluminum parts.

  • WHEEL CLEANER HD
    Use:
    - Suitable for rims of buses, trucks, vans, etc.
    - Suitable for tear plate, bike carriers, diesel tanks, etc.
    - Effective on surfaces for removing cement and concrete
    Application:
    - Dilute WHEEL CLEANER HD 1:5 (min.) till 1:20 depending on the pollution.
    - Apply WHEEL CLEANER HD by using a pump sprayer, let it work for 2-5 minutes depending on dilution. For very hard residue use brush or sponge to remove the dirt.
  • Polished aluminium rims, chrome rims and painted rims are very susceptible to acid and alkaline environment. The best way to dilute is a more neutral direction with a pH value of about 4-10.
    Wheel Cleaner HD: Dilution 1:30 – 1:50
  • NOTE: Rinse with plenty of water immediately, until all the acid residues are totally gone.
    - Treat large surfaces in separate parts in order to prevent long contact time.
    - In case of cleaning stainless steel use a maximum dilution of 1:10 in water.
    - NOTE: Do not use WHEEL CLEANER HD on glass and mirror surfaces. Limited employable on stainless steel. Pre-test in an unobtrusive location. Do not allow to dry and do not apply to direct sunlight and on hot surfaces.
