  • APPLICATION:
    - Metal processing, heavy industry, shipbuilding, automotive industry
    - Typical applications include touching up ferrous metal parts after welding and to provide long-term protection of metal assemblies
  • - The weldable primer creates a highly effective and durable rust protection layer and is applied before the welding process to prime areas that are no longer accessible afterwards.
  • USE:
    - Surface preparation: Derust, sand and clean the surfaces to be painted. If necessary, apply filler to correct rough unevenness.
    - Shake WELD PRIMER ULTRA: Shake the primer for at least 2 minutes before use to ensure even distribution of ingredients.
    - Apply WELD PRIMER ULTRA: Spray on from a distance of approx. 25 cm. Level small dents and porous repair areas by repeatedly spraying thin coats and sanding. Take care to create an even layer and distribute the primer evenly.
