TECHNO SCREEN MS is an isocyanate-free, permanent flexible, moisture cured 1-component-sealant based on MS-polymer. Especially designed for windows/windscreens application with a high degree
of strength, which polymerizes rapidly under the effect of atmospheric moisture. It respects even the strictest Health & Safety rules because it is environmentally friendly. Fast Processing Time: After bonding, the vehicle is drivable after just 1h - dependent on ambient temperature and humidity. Important: The vehicle should remain on a level surface for 24h.

  • PREPARATION: (glass and bodywork)
  • Cut out the windscreen and remove excess adhesive residue on the car body with the FOLD SCRAPER to approx. 2 mm. 
  • Spray SAFE CLEAN onto a DRY CLOTH and degrease the adhesive areas on the new windscreen and on the car body. Wipe with a DRY CLOTH and allow to air for 10 minutes.
  • Any paint damage to the car body must be repaired with SCREEN PRIMER BLACK and a WOOL WIPER or DRY CLOTH. Observe the airing time.
  • APPLICATION of TECHNO SCREEN MS:
  • Prepare the cartridge/bag by attaching the V-tip.
  • Apply TECHNO SCREEN MS to the glass pane or body frame.
  • The windscreen must be bonded and positioned within the open time (15 minutes).
