TECHNO REPAIR 5 MINUTES is a two‐component,
100% reactive, toughened structural methacrylate
adhesive specifically formulated for bonding wide variety of metals, thermoplastics, thermosets, and composite assemblies.

Bonds a wide variety of surface in automotive components, in metal and synthetic parts. The product can be puttied and painted with a lot of paints.
Ideal bond for: PVC, polycarbonate, acryl, fiberglass, ABS, PBT, FRT, polyurethane, epoxy, wood, Nylon, polyester, styrene, stainless steel, carbon steel, galvanized steel, etc...
The product can be drilled, sanded and threaded.

Storage: All adhesives should be stored unopened
in a cool, dry place (between 5°C and 25°C) when
not used for a long period of time. This product
should never be frozen!

The surface must be clean, without grease or dust. To improve the adhesion, it is advisable to sand the surface and remove the paint. Clean synthetic surfaces using cleaners without aggresive solvents.
Put the mixer on the cartridge and extrude the product using the gun; the first cm of the product should not be used.
Apply the mixed product on the surface to be repaired or bonded, use a spatula if necessary, and then join the parts, gently pressing.
Do not move the parts for at least 15 minutes.
When it is completely cured, Techno Repair can be sanded, drilled, threaded, puttied and painted with most of paints.
Techno Repair is ideal for bonding ferrous material and not, like steel, stainless steel, aluminium, copper. Perfect also on wood and most of synthetic matericals, except PP, PE, PPE: on these materials it is advisable to apply a primer, for example PRIMER 903.
