« SURFACE PROTECTION AND TREATMENT

Spatt Free N

SPATT FREE N is a water-based anti-adhesion agent. It prevents very effectively the sticking of weld spatters on the base material. It can be easily applied directly on the MIG/MAG welding torch prior to the welding process to prevent the sticking of the welding wire to the welding torch.
Especially for applications where flammable aerosols are not allowed, e.g. welding in hollow parts or narrow spaces where flammable propellants or solvents should not inflame.
SPATT FREE N is free of silicone, not flammable and biologically degradable. Due to its optimized composition of ingredients, it offers a high coverage and is very economical in use.

  • Use SPATT FREE N at room temperature and shake well before use.  
  • Prior to the welding process, apply a thin layer on surrounding surface, spraying from a distance of about 20-30 cm.
  • Suitable for all kinds of welding such as oxy-fuel (gas), electric arc, MIG/MAG, WIG, TIG and UP welding etc. Can be used in any industry, metal and steel construction, car body shops etc.
  • When applied on the MIG/MAG welding torch, it prevents sticking of the welding wire to the wire torch.
  • If sprayed excessively, cleaning with a cleaner or degreaser might be necessary after welding and prior to after-treatment. Please use “SAFE CLEAN” and “BIO CLEAN”.
