Silico Grease H1

SILICO GREASE H1 is a translucent and odorless silicone lubricant, formulated for the use in various industries. It does not contain any abrasives, solvents or volatile silicones.
SILICO GREASE H1 creates a flexible, isolating and protective layer, making the treated surface resistant to water and corrosion. Due to the special formulation it also withstands solvents and other chemical agents very well. SILICO GREASE H1 can safely be used on various material such as glass, metal, plastics, rubber and many more. 
It has an excellent temperature resistance from -40°C up to 250°C. Even at high temperatures, SILICO GREASE H1 does not crack, melt or harden. SILICO GREASE H1 sticks to dry metals, ceramic, rubber and synthetic resins. SILICO GREASE H1 does not attack metals, phenolic and urea resins, styrofoam and polyethylene.

  • APPLICATION:
    - Can be used for deseizing metals, plastics, glass,...
    - Lubricates valves and waterworks in pharmaceutical and food industries
    - For maintaining running-in operations, laboratory glassware, waterworks, gaskets, metal or glass valves, runners, precision devices
    - Provides water-repelling protection and ensures watertightness through heavy consistency
    - Can be applied with a common grease gun or pad
    - Suitable for food use
  • USE:
    - Surfaces that have been lubricated previously with a mineral-based grease must be perfectly clean before using SILICO GREASE H1
    - Can be diluted up to 10% in aromatic solvents (e.g. xylene, toluene) or chlorinated (e.g. perchloroehtylene, trichloroethane)
    - Apply with a brush or sprayer
