Protect

PROTECT is a high performance anti corrosion wax coating for the maintenance and protection of bodywork and machinery. The special formulation creates a dry, well-adhered wax protection layer that prevents rust, corrosion and other surface oxidation.
It is ideally used for car bodyworks such as doors, side panels and chassis bars as well as on sheets of metals and machinery. PROTECT prenetrates even into the smallest cracks and gaps which allows also the treatment of hardly reachable areas.
PROTECT is perfectly resistant to salt, moisture, corrosion and temperatures up to 90°C. It does not attack plastics, rubbers, paints and laquers, making it safe for the use on most surfaces.
PROTECT  is ideal for both inside and outside protection as well as for hollow spaces. PROTECT is suitable for short- and long-term protection.

  • Creates a permanent dry and manageable protection film
  • Protects the insides of car bodyworks (e.g. doors, side panels, motor hoods,...)
  • Very good penetration properties
  • Can also be used on sheets of metal, tools and machinery during storage
  • Ideally used after bodywork repairs or welding
  • Hardens very quick
  • Can safely be used on lacquers, rubbers or synthetic materials
  • For long corrosion protection of machine parts, tools, metal surfaces, ...
  • Resistant to temperature up to 90°C
  • Formula with high wax content
  • Resistant to water, salt and general corrosive athmosphere

  • INDUSTRY
    - For corrosion protection of machine parts, tools, metal surfaces, axles, ...
    - Suitable for wire cables due to strong penetration properties
    - Short-term protection for sea and other transports
    - Short-term protection coating for finishing (of painting)
    - Inside protection of hollow spaces, profiles, etc. - also protects after grinding and filing activities. Inside corrosion due to fillings, metal shavings or other residues are no longer possible in the holllow spaces after being treated and encapsulated with PROTECT.
    - Due to its isloating properties PROTECT prevents electrochemical contact degradations of different sorts of metal
  • AUTOMOTIVE
    - Suitable as long-term protection coating in hollow spaces and in hardly reachable areas such as for the inside of thresholds, doors, boots, chassis beams, bottom plates, cable passages, bonnets and battery supports
    - Highly recommended after repairs of bodywork or welding
    - Due to its strong penetrating properies PROTECT prenetrates even into the smallest splits and seams and creates a permanent protective coating
  • USE:
    - Use on room temperature.
    - Shake the can well before use.
    - Surface must be dry and clean, free from dust, rust, grease, etc.
    - Spray an even layer ont the part or surface to be treated.
    - Do not spray on the exhaust, brake systems or on motor parts.
    - After use, clean the nozzle and prevent blockage. Hold the can upside down and spray until only gas (propellant) comes out.
    - Can be removed with aromatic solvents as white spirit, boiling point naphtha, xylene, etc.
