Power Seal

For creating water- and dustproof sealings, POWER SEAL is your best choice. This single sides tape has an exclusivly designed, translucent acryl film as its carrier, making it very resilient with excellent restoration properties.
In addition, the acrylic adhesive used in POWER SEAL has a very high initial adhesion which gives you a strong grip for a variety of applications. Especially with environmental impacts such as UV radition, humidity, water and heat, POWER SEAL will provide you ideal results in water- and dustproof sealings.
Due to the used flexible adhesive, countours, edges, rivets and screw heads can easily be covered for a tight seal. This makes it the perfect tape for all your interior and exterior applications.

Service temperature range: -40°C up to +80°C
Elongation at break: 350%

UV-resistance: excellent
Humidity resistance: excellent
Storage: Clean and dry in a well ventilated area, preferably at a temperature between +21°C and +38°C
Shelf life: min. 12 months, stored under these conditions mentioned above

  • USE:
    -  For best results, use the tape at temperatures between +15°C and +30°C.
    -  Clean the surface to be treated. It must be free from dust and grease.
    -  Apply the tape on the surface. Make sure that you do not touch the adhesive side.
    -  Press down on the tape, especially on the sides and around unevenness such as screws, etc.
    -  Pressure sensitive adhesive must be applied with a maximum of pressure in order to achieve maximum pressure level.
    - Afterwards remove the protective film from the tape.
    -  The indicated level of performance will be reached after a bonding period of 24HRS at +23°C.
