Mortar Fix

MORTAR FIX is a two-component concrete repair resin for repairing cracks and sealing joints as well as for fixing threaded rods and rebar. It is used for cementitous applications and seamless repair in concrete floors, stone or plain bricks. Due to its special formulation, it is very versatile and can be used indoors and outdoors. MORTAR FIX is available in cartridges and buckets for easy application in any situation. The cartridges comes with special mixing nozzles for efficient spreading into the repair area. It requires no separate mixing and therefore reduces product waste and spills.

  • APPLICATION:
    - Fills up cracks and other damages
    - Acid resistant - ideal for industrial floor tiles
    - Fixes loosened stone
    - Anchors iron in concrete, door rails,...
    - Can be used for overhead ceiling repairs
  • USE:
    - Wherever possible, remove dust, loose debris and moisture entirely from the repair area.
    - Unscrew the cap and plug.
    - Attach the supplied mixing nozzle, insert the cartridge into any silicone tool and extrude the material directly into the repair area.
    - Fast curing in normal conditions down to 5°C.
