Mortar Fix

MORTAR FIX is a two-component concrete repair resin for repairing cracks and sealing joints as well as for fixing threaded rods and rebar. It is used for cementitous applications and seamless repair in concrete floors, stone or plain bricks. Due to its special formulation, it is very versatile and can be used indoors and outdoors. MORTAR FIX is available in cartridges and buckets for easy application in any situation. The cartridges comes with special mixing nozzles for efficient spreading into the repair area. It requires no separate mixing and therefore reduces product waste and spills.

APPLICATION: Effectively fills cracks, gaps, and other surface damages. Acid-resistant – ideal for use on industrial floor tiles and chemically exposed surfaces. Reliably fixes and stabilizes loosened stone or masonry elements. Perfect for anchoring metal components such as rebar, threaded rods, or door rails into concrete. Suitable for overhead and vertical repairs, ensuring strong adhesion in any position.

USE: Thoroughly clean the repair area, removing all dust, loose particles, and moisture. Insert the cartridge into the caulking gun, attach the supplied mixing nozzle, and apply the material directly into the damaged area.
Cures quickly – even at temperatures as low as +5 °C.
