Food Lube Extreme

FOOD LUBE EXTREME is a special lubricating grease for various and extreme operating conditions in the foodstuffs industry. Designed for the most difficult operating conditions in which standard lubricating greases for the foodstuffs industry hit their limits. A wide temperature range and extreme water and pressure resistance are further characteristics not displayed by foodstuffs machinery lubricating greases yet. FOOD LUBE EXTREME is also suitable for uses outside the foodstuffs industry that require water resistance, a wide temperature range and/or high RPM.

  • Superior Four-Ball-Test (min. 4.800 N)
  • extreme pressure resistance
  • Temperature range -50 °C to +180 °C
  • resistant to age an shear
  • reduces friction and wear
  • dirt and water repellent
  • resistant to hot and cold water
  • excellent against corrosion
  • extra-long service live
  • use for central lubricating system
  • classification acc. to DIN 51 825: K P HC 2 P-50

nDm factor: 600,000 for ball bearings,
250,000 for roller bearings
Shelf life: 12 month
Safety measures: consult the Safety Data Sheet.

  • Application:
FOOD LUBE EXTREME may be used with food processing and food packaging machinery. A wide temperature range, extreme water resistance and excellent pumpability making it ideal for use in centralized lubrication systems
    Areas for use:
Food Processing Plants, Food Packaging Plants, Food Storage Vessels/Tanks, Freezer Lockers, Fire Hydrants
Cold Storage Warehouses, Milk Processing Plants/Dairies
Meat Cutting Plants, Fish Processing Plants, Restaurants, Golf Courses/Greens Equipment, Farms.
  • Use:
Thoroughly clean the places to be lubricated with SAFE CLEAN first.
    Grease:
Apply thinly and and evenly to the parts to be lubricated (observe the rules laid down by the bearing maker). If it is used where it may contact foodstuffs then only technically feasible minimum quantiy may be used.
If used as an anti rust film on surfaces that may contact foodstuffs then it must be completely removed before the equipment concerned may be used again.
    Spray:
Spray on evenly from a distance about 20 cm and shortly allow to evaporate. Do not spray on hot surfaces or use in direct sunlight.
