Eco Part Cleaner

The ECO PART CLEANER allows for water-based
VOC-free cleaning of parts without the need of
solvents and regenerates its cleaning capacity with
natural micro-organisms. The employee and the
environment are protected from highly volatile
vapors, which cause skin, eye and breathing
irritations.
The ECO FLUID cleaning solution dissolves oils, greases, sludge, cutting coolants, anti-corrosion products, particles and similar contaminations from the parts and also reduces unpleasant odors. The easy-to-clean and reusable filter system separates coarse and fine contaminations continuously. Then natural micro-organisms bio-degrade the greases and oils, therefore maintaining the cleaning performance and at the same time providing a long service life of the liquid. No hazardous goods and no fire hazards are associated with the cleaning fluid. Adding just one ECO TAB tablet to the liquid enables the renewal of the entire population of micro-organisms every 4 to 6 weeks. This ensures an extremely cost effective and efficient maintenance of the entire system compared to solvent-based cleaning systems, where the solvent remains saturated and needs to be changed frequently at high cost of disposal.

(brush, flush and soaking) and a highly effective filtration system. It can be used on most metals, alloys, plastics and rubber.
ECO FLUID : Aqueous and pH neutral solution, based on specific tensides. It is non-toxic and
non-flammable and a solvent and safety-label free product. Recommendation:
For sensitive materials such as zinc, brass or silicon-containing aluminium alloys, compatibility tests are recommended.
ECO TAB: Concentrate of Class 1micro-organisms, which continuously regenerate the
liquid by biodegrading the removed oils and greases. Adding just one tablet in the liquid
enables the renewal of the entire population of micro-organisms every 4 to 6 weeks.
