Easy Solder

EASY SOLDER is a multi-purpose low temperature solder, which joins steel, galvanized steel, copper brass. EASY SOLDER is also suitable for aluminium or light alloys, when using Easysolder Flux.
EASY SOLDER gives a 5 time higher strength than normal soft solder and is 50% harder.The electrical conductivity is 25% better than for normal EASY SOLDER. Due to is low melting temperature, EASY SOLDER is very easy to apply and will not deform the base material.
EASY SOLDER has a built-in wetting agent.
EASY SOLDER applications stay shiny, do not corrode and withstand vibrations. According to DIN EN2945 EN ISO 94 54.

  • Very low binding temperature (221°C). Prevents deforming of base material.
  • Non-toxic – contains no cadmium, zinc, antimony or copper.
  • 50% harder than normal solders.
  • Easy to handle – does not drip.
  • Stays shiny – does not corrode.
  • 25 % better electrical conductivity than normal soft solders.
  • Resists vibration.
  • EASYSOLDER FLUX is only required for aluminium and light alloys.
