Drill It

DRILL IT drills are manufactured according to DIN338 standard, type N. HSS-E 5 % cobalt alloy. The fully ground spirals drills are made of high grade industrial steel with a 5 % cobalt alloy (M35). 
DRILL IT drills are very precise hence the result will be an exact round hole. Because of the cobalt alloy, the drills are harder and more resistant against heating and therefore have a longer life time.
DRILL IT is suitable for heavy industrial applications like RVS and other difficult editable steel sorts.

Tool life: 20% longer than identical HSS drills

  • USE
    Suitable for all materials with very high strength and difficult to machine materials such as stainless steel, Cr / Ni steel, cast iron, solder-resistant steel, hardened steel, structural steel, free-cutting steel, stainless and heat-resistant steel and much more.
    For all materials with a strength between 800 N / mm² - 1350 N / mm².
    When drilling, pay attention to the cutting speed, speed and feed (see tables on pillar drilling machines).
    The lubricant and coolant DRILL & CUT is recommended.
