Drill & Cut

DRILL & CUT is a specifically developed cooling lubricant for all kinds of metalworking such as drilling, tapping, cutting, milling, lathing etc. Controlled lubrication and immediate cooling increase the lifetime of tools and improve the processing result. DRILL & CUT can be used for processing alloy and non-alloy steel, stainless steel as well as softer metals such as aluminum, brass or copper.
DRILL & CUT is economical in use and does not drip, even when applied to uneven surfaces and therefore no loss due to dripping or evaporation. 

  • Suitable for all kinds of metals such steel, stainless steel, brass, aluminum etc.
  • Extends life time of drills, taps, milling cutters, lathe tools, cutting blades and bands. Guarantees optimal cutting quality and performance.
  • Optimized and effective heat removal from work piece and therefore reduces mechanical wear of tool
  • Economical in use and free of acids and resins
  • Jet spray nozzle can also reach areas difficult to access with apparent ease
  • Protects effectively against oxidation and corrosion
