Bond & Fix

BOND&FIX is a styrene free methacrylate resin for
high performance fixing applications of threaded
rod in hollow or concrete blocks and rebar into
concrete and maronry.
BOND&FIX is a two compenents system (resin &
hardener). The chemical reaction between the two
components makes the mortar hardening. The resin changes the colour from blue to grey when it is cured.
BOND&FIX is easy to dispense and is fast in curing.
BOND&FIX is specially formulated for structural fixings and very technical sites: metallic racking or work into reinforced concrete.

  • Comfort security due to colour change of resin during curing time.
  • Easy to dispense and fast curing.
  • ETA certified for rods, rebar, concrete and masonry.
  • Styrene free.
  • Low smell.
  • Reclosable.
  • Non-flammable resin.
  • High performance: medium and heavy loads.
  • Works in damp conditions.

  • INSTALLATION - CONCRETE:
  • 1: Drill hole to specified diameter and depth.
  • 2: Clean hole by brushing and blowing alternately:                     - Concrete Option 8: 2x blow (hand pump/6bar), 4x brush, 2x blow (hand pump/6bar) - compressed air (6bar) for drilled holes hₑf ≥ 10d or > Ø22mm.
    - Rebar : 2x blow (6bar), 2x brush, 2x blow (6bar).
    - Masonry, solid and perforated : 2x blow (hand pump), 2x brush, 2x blow (hand pump).
  • 3: Dispenser adhesive until uniform colour appears. Inject resin using a dispensing tool. Fill hole one-half to two-thirds full, starting from bottom of hole, withdraw the nozzle after each trigger to prevent air pockets.
  • 4: Insert clean, oil-free threaded rod/rebar, turning slowly until anchor/threaded rod reaches bottom of hole.
  • 5: Threaded rod/rebar can be adjusted and/or more resin added before working time elapses.
  •
  • INSTALLATION - MASONRY:
  • 1: Drill hole to specified diameter and depth.
  • 2: Clean hole by brushing and blowing alternately:
    - Concrete Option 8: 2x blow (hand pump/6bar), 4x brush, 2x blow (hand pump/6bar) - compressed air (6bar) for drilled holes hₑf ≥ 10d or > Ø22mm.
    - Rebar : 2x blow (6bar), 2x brush, 2x blow (6bar).
    - Masonry, solid and perforated : 2x blow (hand pump), 2x brush, 2x blow (hand pump).
  • 3: Insert Tech Masters sleeve.
  • 4: Dispenser adhesive until uniform colour appears. Fill sleeve by withdrawing nozzle one graduation after each trigger pull of dispensing tool.
  • 5: Insert clean, oil-free threaded rod, until it reaches bottom of sleeve.
  • 6: Rod can be adjusted and/or more resin can be added before working time elapses.
  • APPLICATION: Rebar connections, Threaded rod, Fixing of heavy metal structures, Balconnies, Facades, Racking
